Alex at the front desk facilitated an early check-in, greatly appreciated. The service was quick. our room offered ample space, was very clean, and included great blackout curtains. It ensured restful nights. i enjoyed the convenient, safe parking area adjacent to the hotel. It simplified our arrival and departure. the club lounge exceeded my expectations. It had nice staff and offered a relaxing atmosphere.

I found the breakfast times on the website to be inaccurate, which led to a slight timing issue. It created minor confusion.

I was greeted well and given clear directions to the pool and my room. rooms were spaced out nicely. This provided a sense of privacy. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the room i had booked had no balcony furniture. this was due to replacement work at some point. the balcony was also claimed by pigeons with bird poo.
